When accounts are available, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.

3. Course content and license

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content for your personal, non-commercial training. Do not copy, distribute, or publicly display materials without written consent.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices, taxes, and refund windows are disclosed at checkout. Refunds for on-demand courses are generally available within 7 days if under 20% of content is consumed; live events may have different windows due to seat limits.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harassing activity
• No attempts to bypass security or share access
• No scraping content or reverse engineering our platform

6. Intellectual property

All materials are owned by Thoughtful Bloom Institute or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or vase-life durations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
